Along with the 1.2.0 release, I am also proud to announce that BlazeBlogger now has its own User Guide. You can find it at docs.blackened.cz. Many thanks to all who kindly offered their feedback during the creation of this book!
BlazeBlogger 1.2.0 has been released. This release introduces several enhancements regarding search engine optimizations (SEO), as well as minor changes to the user interface, including the possibility to use aliases.
BlazeBlogger 1.1.2 has been released. This release fixes a bug that may have caused some links to point to an incorrect page. (Issue 31)
Thanks to Michael Weber, the BlazeBlogger package is now available in Gentoo Portage. To install it, switch to superuser and type the following at a shell prompt:

BlazeBlogger 1.1.1 has been released! This release fixes four bugs that may have caused BlazeBlogger to sort entries in a wrong order, produce invalid RSS feed, or not to run properly when using an older version of Perl.
BlazeBlogger 1.1.0 has been released! Among few bug fixes and several usability improvements, this release features enhanced RSS feed creation, support for both HTML and XHTML standards, and improved index page.

Thanks to kind effort of Angel Abad and Sebastian Dziallas, there are now official packages of current BlazeBlogger for Debian and Fedora respectively. Arch Linux users can get both stable and development version from AUR.
Update 2010/01/05: BlazeBlogger has recently made it to Ubuntu Lucid Lynx.
BlazeBlogger 1.0.0 has been finally released! The most significant
change from the latest release is probably the addition of
core.processor
configuration option making it possible to use
whatever markup language user wishes, as well as introduction of bash
completion and quick reference card; see a complete list of changes
below.
BlazeBlogger is a simple-to-use but capable CMS for the command line that produces static content without the need of database servers or server side scripting. It is suitable for a wide variety of web presentations, from a personal weblog to a project page, or even a company website.
